Recovering Millions of Dollars in Verdicts and Settlements

Experience. Judgment. Personal attention.

A personal approach to serious legal matters.

I do not advertise on television. I work personally with clients to understand what happened, evaluate the legal issues, and determine how best to proceed. My approach emphasizes direct communication, careful preparation, and the judgment developed over more than five decades in practice.

Experience that matters

Understanding claims from both sides

David S. Wieder began his legal career as in-house counsel for The Hartford Insurance Company, representing insureds and working closely with claims professionals. That early experience provided valuable insight into how claims are evaluated, how litigation risk is assessed, and how insurers make decisions concerning settlement and trial.

He later devoted his career to representing injured individuals and families. Having worked from both perspectives, he brings informed judgment and strategic insight to the evaluation and handling of significant claims.
